We manufacture and store all products in Krasnodar, so orders are sent from here. We send all your orders by transport company SDEK to the pick-up point of your choice or by courier at your request. If you want to receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend choosing to receive it at the point of delivery, since the transport company takes at least 1 more day to transfer the order to the courier. On average, delivery takes 2-4 days.

Delivery throughout Russia to any city is FREE regardless of the purchase amount!

According to the Russian Federation Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the return of underwear and clothing for home and leisure is not provided if the products correspond to the declared size and fully meet the characteristics specified on the website.

Returns and exchanges are possible only if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the stated size.

The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receipt of the order. We advise you to complete the return and exchange procedure no later than 3 days from the date of receipt so that the product arrives to us on time. Only in this case will we be able to refund you the cost of the product or exchange it.
